How to add “Notify me of new posts via email” below comment text-area?

    I’m using the Gurken Subscribe to Comments plugin, which adds an option to sign up for followup comments beneath the comment textarea:

    Notify me of followup comments via e-mail

    On a few other blogs I’ve seen a second checkbox and a “Notify me of new posts via e-mail” underneath the checkbox for followup comments.

    What plugin do I need for that?

    I have the Subscribe2 plugin, but it only gives me a subscribe-to-posts widget for my sidebar, plus I can’t figure out how to customize its “Subscribe” button, so I’d rather have the simple “Notify me of new posts via email” checkbox right under my existing “sign up for followup comments” checkbox.
