Contact Form 7 causing problems with site (conflicting with other contact form?)

    Hello. My website is based off of a pre-made theme. The theme uses what seems to be a basic custom built contact form (could be a plugin, I’m not sure).

    I decided to use Contact Form 7 to add a questionnaire to my site. Everything went well and shows up as it should. However when Contact Form 7 is activated my image preview slider on my home page stops working as well as my lightbox preview (being used in my portfolio page).

    I’m assuming the Contact Form is either conflicting with my current Contact Form (even though they both work properly) or it’s messing with code somewhere else. Any thoughts. I am practically broke but I can send $10 via paypal to anyone who can diagnose my problem and find a solution. I can send you my php files but due to a past incident I can no longer give direct access to my site.
