RSS Feed to Live Journal

I am sorry if this is redundant, I’ve been looking for a situation like mine to try to find a resolution, but I am still very new at this and not finding anything that makes sense.

I had a syndication going to Live Journal so that my LJ friends could get my newest posts from my blog on their friends list, but for some reason its broken, and I do not know how to fix it?

I tried to create a new feed for LJ, but I am told that the url I have provided does not have any XML formatted data??
