List of posts by category Plugin

Hi all,

I have a fairly new blog but my posts are starting to build up. I would like when someone clicks on a category – they are brought to a page that lists the posts in that category – the reader can then select the post they would like to read. At the moment when you click on a category all that is displayed is the last article I wrote in its entirety. I would prefer a list of all the articles by name.

Is it possible to get this capability from a relatively simple plugin (I’m no computer genius!) or would I be better off employing someone to create this functionality for me?

I have tried about 7 plugins and none of them seem to do what I am hoping for. I’d really appreciate any help on this,
