    simple…..wordpress bites

    i will never say a good thing about wordpress after using it.
    not user friendly, ripoff artist selling templates.

    waste of time trying it.
    waste of money buying a template/theme.

    nothing good to say about it at all

    i would rather pay a codeigniter developer to build a ‘custom’ application just to get this bad taste from my mouth

    It’s unfortunate that you had a bad experience while millions have been able to create great websites using WordPress. Some examples – http://wordpress.org/showcase/

    Did you really expect to learn how to do it all in two days? I’ve been using it for years and I still learn a new thing every day. Having said that, wishing you the best for your new website.

    Sorry you have had a bad experience using WordPress. I see that you have been having issues with your paid-for templates. I think in your case you should go to your template provider, who you paid money to, for assisstance in getting it to work.

    I don’t think that much more good can come of this thread.
