input text boxes are not showing up

Hello,

I tried adding a couple different contact form plugins to my contact page. They all have the same issue: The text input boxes are not showing up.

After the plugins didn’t work, I tried just making my own form. Same problem.

When I view the page source from the browser, the input info isn’t there at all, it just looks like this:

<p>Name:</p>

instead of like this, which I how I have it written in WP:

<h3>Name:</h3> <input type=”text” size=”30″ maxlength=”30″ name=”name”>
