willing to pay for template to work

hi all,

after 2 days of frustration i have decided to pay someone to setup my template (have bought already).

just wondering how much is the average rate for getting this done?

template: delliofolio
needed: showcase functionality with rating, lightbox and what ever you think would be good with the site.

i never normally do this as im a .net developer but after using wordpress, i would rather avoid it and pay someone.
