Best smilies hack?

    What’s the best hack for listing smilies in the comments page (I don’t use the comments popup, btw)?
    What’s the best hack for listing the smilies in the wp-admin post page?
    I’ve seen a few posts on this, and there’s also b2 hacks, but which one works the best and is easiest to implement?

    What version of WP are you using? The best one that I have seen so far is Alex King’s clickable smilies hack. It adds clickable smilies to the comments page as well as the admin post page. You can find it at his website under wp/b2 hacks. http://www.alexking.org ^_^. Hope that was helpful.

    I followed all instructions for the wp-grins hack however I get the following error in my post form
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_grins() in /home/jadedso/public_html/wp-admin/quicktags.php on line 3
    and this error
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_grins() in /home/jadedso/public_html/wp-comments.php on line 70
    On my comment page. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    to the original question…
    the best hack is the one that works for u…
    why not go for the wuhwuh versions if u are having problems with hacks!

    Did you upload the wp-grins.php file to your wordpress root folder?

    upload wp-grins.php include it in my-hacks.php and turn on my-hacks.
