Want to add more fields to client registration and restrict access

I have added a real estate plugin to one of the pages (not the main page) of the wordpress site. This page will have a bunch of house listings, basically i want to have anyone who wants to view this page to be required to register with name, last name, email, phone, etc. or login if they are a returning user. I only need this for 1 page and i was wondering if there was a plugin or a non-wordpress script i could implement to serve this purpose.
