• Hello, I have a problem with limit_post.php plugin. The plugin works just fine, but turns the blog invalid under W3C.

The plugin lefts tags open, tipically the p tag and a or img, I sent a mail to the author (they are Spanish as me) but i had no answer and the plugin still show that bug.

Do you know any way to fix this issue? anyone uses this plugin?

Thank you and sorry for my ugly english.

  • My the_excerpt Reloaded plugin may fit the bill here. It has a few limitations compared to the above, such as you must (currently) specify what HTML is allowed and doesn’t (again, currently) perform auto-formatting, but it does attempt to close any tags left open:

I’m also working on an update, so suggestions for improvements are welcome.

Thank you, I’ll try to use this one but seems a little more dificult to install that the other.
