Support » Plugins » Flutter posts inaccessible via Custom Write Panel after moving servers

  • Hey everyone, I set up a WP install on a development server with about 90 posts created via a custom write panel in Flutter called “Personnel.” When I moved the site to the live server, I imported the WP database as well as the “Personnel” write panel.

All of the content was successfully moved and is functioning. However, there is no longer any way to edit these posts through Flutter. Going to Posts > Edit, they all show up in the standard WP post listing with the corresponding custom fields filled in. However, if I go to Personnel Entry > Manage, it says “No posts found.”

Does anyone know how to get Flutter to recognize all these posts that were created with Flutter?

    Thanks,
    Aaron

Does anyone have any idea on this?

Did you export the full database including ALL settings, or did you simply export via WP admin panel?

Thanks for the reply – good question. I think it may have been the latter. I’m going to go through phpmyadmin and try again…

It took using phpmyadmin to completely erase the database and upload a copy of the one from the development site, but now everything is working again finally. For anyone else who ends up hanging to do this, just remember to change all the urls in the database via a Find and Replace before you upload it, and you’ll be good to go.
