Theme compatibility with future versions

    I’m currently developing a new web site using “Revolution Code Blue” – a free theme that you can find by going through the WordPress Web site. Is there anyway to know if this theme will be compatible with future versions?

    I’ve changed some of the CSS, added some php for wp-mail and wp-print, and removed some php so it doesn’t show some of the tags on the blog.

    It would be unfortunate to get to 3.0 and suddenly have the whole thing come crashing down.

    Any information would be appreciated.
