I dont think there is too much info for someone who knows your team.
If it is supposed to be a personal blog ie. for promotion of your team, then it might be too much. An i guess for the age of your team (i assume from the gallery) could be a bit more fun and lively!
one thing: I cant view the main video “Tour Video”, it seems it has been made as private view only.

Yeah, Thesis is a nice fit, especially with the content in the centre. Keep using lots of photos, as they add a lot of life and colour to the page.
I’d be careful about the “Raise money for the team!” bit above the Google ads though — Google has been known to cancel people’s accounts for encouraging clicks too much.
Although it is nice to add lots of photos and your theme is simple, the more photos you add the more there is to request and the slower your site will load.

Looks great! Is that your menu bar at the top? I am having a problem organizing mine.
The problem with your site is that it is not for the general public.
Unless you know something about the girls then a lot of the messages does not make any sense. for example:
Butlins should be a much better place to stay than Pontins (could it be any worse??!) – there are plenty of free activities for the girls (funfair, big pool with rides etc) and the accommodation is of a higher standard.
and
If you want the girls to go, please let me know ASAP so I can reserve us a place.
These things are meaningless to the general public (by general public, I meant someone in South America) who has no idea what they mean.
