Expiration, Restriction and Payment Plugins

Hello,

I am creating a blog in which users must be logged in to access certain posts. Additionally, I want users to pay a yearly fee to create a User Account. So far I have managed to cobble together some plugins to restrict the post categories and pages that I want restricted, but I have some issues and questions:

• Is there a plugin that can restrict specific posts, not just categories or pages? So far I have been using Capa to restrict categories, but it cannot restrict individual posts.
• Is there a plugin that requires users to pay before signing up for an account? Right now I am doing this manually, they pay on a separate site and once I receive their payment I create an account.
• Is there a plugin (perhaps tied to the payment plugin, but not necessary) that expires user accounts after a certain amount of time? I want users accounts to expire after one year so they have to pay for the new year.
