BUG: upload-option not displayed

Hi,
it seems that there is something wrong with the display of the “Upload-Option”. All things are from recent cvs version 1.2-alpha.
If you start to write an article there is no option to upload a file/image. I am the admin (userlevel == 10). So it should appear. If you change a option in the “upload configuration” dialog the field ‘fileupload_allowedusers’ would set to ‘0’. Thats maybe causing problems. I have tried to set it “Admin” || “Gordon” || “Admin Gordon” without any effects.
I have set the field by hand to ”. So that the entry ‘Upload’ will displayed by menu.php. But this should be only a workaround. 🙂
In edit-*.php I found many lines of $allowed_users = explose … but it seems that it would not be use anywhere. It is the way it should be?
