Create a page which brings rss content from another wp blog

Hi,

I have a bigger community site right now that I am creating, and I’d like to have a couple of pages created which would call upon the 5 most recent posts from a separate wordpress site.

The idea is to have a special page which is just the writings from my personal ride blog as a post on the other site.

So I’d like to have the 5 most recent posts from:

http://tales.cvmtb.com/

placed into this page:

http://www.comoxvalleymtb.com/index.php/trails-maps/trail-tales/

Technical details:

Both sites sit on the same server.
Separate mysql databases.
Both are 2.8.6 and both work fine on their own.
