RSS Comment Feeds Not Updating

I have a problem with my rss feed not updating when a new comment is added on the latest post. If a comment is added to any older post the feed will update and work fine, but not with a comment on the most current post. They don’t actually turn up at all in the feed.

I have patched the blog with latest 1.5.1 rss fix which corrected the blank document problem.
