Thumbnails problem on wampserver

    I am using WP 2.8.6 on my local wampeserver on windows xp pro and its working ok but when I try to upload image then thumbnails not showing on wordpress. I dont think so that I can change folder permission in windows.

    Can anyone suggest a solution please
