• I’ve been downloading several different free themes off the web and uploaded them to my new WordPress blog, but in each one of them I’m getting the following errors displayed awkwardly on the page when I view it that breaks up the layout:

Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /home/.zylon/beans_etc/beans-etc.com/handsdown/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 61

Warning: file_get_contents(http://24365online.com/_YTG_yu/_dl/get_info.php?host=www.beans-etc.com&referer=http:^^www.beans-etc.com^handsdown^wp-admin^edit-pages.php?deleted=1&visitor_ip=68.149.67.101) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/.zylon/beans_etc/beans-etc.com/handsdown/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 61

Before I uploaded of these other templates, I deleted the huge mass of already-installed themes that came with the wordpress install (with the exception of the index.php file.) Did I accidentally delete something that broke these templates…?

    Help please!

Sorry, I forgot to link to the blog if that helps anyone any:

    http://www.beans-etc.com/handsdown/

(Scroll down near the bottom to see the error. Again, this happens with any theme I try.)

Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration …

that bit of what you pasted suggests this is a host issue, not a wordpress issue.

Yeah, I would contact your hosting company.

I use hostgator, if you do too, open a chat window with them and paste that code.
