Weblog name NOT showing on header graphic

How can I get my weblog name to NOT cover the custom header graphic. I was just making it null in the Options dialog. That worked, but now the wincaption bar has nothing in it, and, if you have an RSS reader, it will show no title. If I put the weblog name back in, it shows up in the wincaption bar and the RSS title, but ALSO shows up over the graphic.

Any ideas?
