    yes but there is no mention of the ‘title’ tag in generated URLs.

    NM, the show description — if that’s what you were referring to — doesn’t affect the title attribute in the link. Its default is false, and if it’s set to true, the description will show up as normal text under/next to the link itself

    What do you mean by that? Are you displaying the description (what’s in the title) under the link in some link list?

    Anyway, as far as I know, getting the title attribute off the links without tweaking the core files is not possible.
