Missing header.php

First of all I am new to WordPress or CMS’s at large.

My theme is accordion script enabled. It has problem adding pages and I couldn’t edit it because it’s obfuscated. I’d like to delete it and simulate similar effects(vertical sliding doors) through header.php and style sheet. But I noticed there’s no header.php in my theme. Is there a generic header.php for WP which I could just copy and edit to my likings?
