Long Shot

Hi

This is a long shot but I’ll try and be as exact as possible. Im trying to find a plugin (or even some php code) that will afford me the ability to do the following:

Have a text field where an answer to a given question can be entered, if the question is correct the page redirects to one page, and if its wrong redirects to another page. Is this possible? with a plugin anyone knows of? Or would I have to implement php code myself? If php code does anyone know of any hints or info they can give me?
