[Plugin: WP Super Cache] several functions don’t seem to be set up/working. please help

    Don’t know where to start. I’m such a newbie at WP. Several people have told me the blog runs quite slowly and so i have looked at ways of improving this. SuperCache seems to be the best option.

    How ever it is only caching my home page and no others. ( http://www.rcc.co.uk ). Also when running a test through http://ismyblogworking.com/ it throws up several issues:

    * Your web server [213.171.218.131] is working fine.
    * Your RSS feed is available.
    * Your robots.txt file looks ok.
    * Your blog is indexed by Google (84 results).

    * Your blog is indexed by Bing (1 results).
    * Your blog seems slow. It took 4.44 seconds to generate the page.
    * Your blog application doesn’t support gzip compression.
    * Your blog doesn’t support client caching (no 304 response to If-modified-since).
    * Your feed doesn’t support caching (no 304 response to If-modified-since).

    Seeing as i don’t have a clue what these issues actually mean, and my lack of knowledge on WP generally i wondered if there was aonyone who could give any advice.
