WordTube Question re: two video plugins in the same WordPress blog

The developer of the WordTube plugin suggested that I leave a post here, asking for help, so here it is.

I went over to the JW Player website at http://www.longtailvideo.com and found out that they recommend using the WordTube plugin.

From what you know about plugins, will it or will it not play well with another video plugin that is included with a theme I am thinking of purchasing? The included plugin only shows one JW Player and one video at a time. I want to show a player and a playlist using WordTube. The code I want to use for the JW Player and playlist works fine on another html website I have.

I know you do not support other third party plugins; I just wanted to get your opinion on this matter.

If I try to install and activate the WordTube plugin, while this other video plugin is installed in this theme I am thinking of purchasing, and it looks like either plugin is not working, would I probably be able to simply un-install the WordTube plugin, or would it probably ruin my WordPress install so bad that I would need to delete and re-install the WordPress from my hosting provider?

That would not be fun. Again, I am just asking for your opinion, since I know you do not support other third party plugins.
