Appearance and Post page not working

    I’m new to WordPress and I try to find out how it works, But, My Post page and Appearance page don’t work.
    On Post page I can’t switch between html and visual. screenoptions and help don’t work. and I can’t see what I’m writing.

    On the Appearance page I can’t change anything.

    Is it me or something else?

    Who can help me?
