wp-mail.php telling me there’s no mail

    I have Write By Email configured. When I execute wp-mail.php I get a message saying there appears to be no new mail. I send another message, still no new mail. I look in the mbox, and the mail is sitting there. I get no other errors from wp-mail.php. I can configure this email account via Outlook and I can check it there just fine. What can I do to troubleshoot this problem?
