How to delete Link Rel tags?

    Hi:
    I need to delete the tag <link rel="start" of my site because an old post appear in all the internal pages.

    I have changed the theme with a WordPress classic theme, I have disabled all the plugins, but the old link still there

    Where I can found the Link Rel tag to remove it?
