Themes Not Showing

New to WP: I’m building my site using WP. I was in my WP admin panel and changed a couple of options, like the tagline, and when I went to view my site, I no longer see any theme. I went back into WP admin and selected a different theme, but it doesn’t show either. All I see is a blank page with my script. (www.alittlemoretotheright.com/blog) I am thoroughly confused by this.
