Share with Facebook and Twitter

    Hi,

    I am looking for a plugin to share automatically my post with Facebook and Twitter.

    In YouTube, when you upload a new video a message and a picture are automatically sent to my Facebook and Twitter accounts.

    I would like the equivalent with WordPress
