site disappeared or hacked. help?!

Out of the blue, my site has disappeared.
When I click on my domain, it comes up completely blank. When I try to go into wp-admin, the login panel appears successfully, but my password no longer works. When I request my password to be sent to my email, it does not get sent. I have two other domains on my account, and both of those are up and working fine.
Did someone hack my site? Is there a glitch somewhere? How do I figure out what happened?
Any thoughts?
