Bob_RI have the wickett-twitter-widget and there are no instructions on how to hard code it into my blog.
I wrote to wordpress.tv, that's where the demonstration for the widget was, and they suggested to come here and ask.

I just noticed your comments regarding the two widget tutorials and
fixing them into a hardcode sidebar. Unfortunately, WordPress.tv isn't
the best place to ask that kind of question, as we can't assist you with
it and it's not likely someone with the appropriate expertise will see
your comments.
The best place for you to ask those questions would be the WordPress.org
support forum, which is at http://wordpress.org/support. You should be
able to find some assistance with your project there.
