   I added secret keys (while I was logged on using a Mac and Firefox). I edited wp-config.php.

   I used keys autogenerated by the worpress applet.

   I tried to log out and was not allowed.

   I moved to a PC and logged in and out without a problem

   I closed and reopened Firefox on the Mac. I am still logged in. And I am still unable to log out.

   try clearing the site cookies
   then test

   Thanks.

   I think what happened was a I WAS logged out -- but WordPress didn't see me as logged out until I clicked on Site-Admin.

   Re-logged in and now seems to be working as expected.
