I am using NextGEN Gallery 1.4.0 and am finding it just about exactly what I need for my project. I have two questions:
1. If you look here, http://www.jivkotile.com/newlocation/materials/stone/granite/?postTabs=1, and click on a thumbnail image it will open and allow browsing all 20 images in the series. However, there will be more images and I am using pagination. I don't want the images broken apart into separate groups by the pagination so I was happy to see the addition of an option to include "hidden" images in the collection shown in the overlay effect. When I turned that option on I was no longer able to see more than one image at a time in my overlay. The Prev and Next options were just gone.
2. I am making use of the tag feature. I have created a page (not a post) and tagged it as "blacks" so that all the images tagged as black stone will appear there. Please see here: http://www.jivkotile.com/newlocation/colors/blacks/. There will be black stones from multiple galleries on this page and it is important to me to be able to display the caption under each one. How can I achieve that? I also tried the other method of not tagging the page itself but simply adding [nggtags gallery=blacks template=caption] but this didn't show captions either.
