    Hi Everyone,

Thanks for looking. I'm running a hacked up version of the freshy 1 theme on the page at digitalhealer.net.

My problem is in the menu bar. What you see at present is a freshy option to label the homepage "DH" with posts set to appear on the "home page."

WHat i really want, is to have the home page be "static" (DH) and the blog page to have all of the posts. the problem is that when i set this up, the first menu entry is unlabled, it will start on the correct page, bu there's an empty menu entry. Additionally, when i click on blog, the posts appear as they should, but the first (empty) menu spot becomes highlighted too!

Does this make sense to any one? Any ideas on how to solve it? Please? Pretty Please?

    Thanks
    Joshua

The DH is in the menu bar when I view your site.

    Thanks for looking jrav -

The DH you see now is actually the freshy "label" from the freshy options menu - the text you are seeing is a 'post'

the trouble starts when I set wordpress to use a static page as the front page.

freshy seems to maintain control over the first menu entry, using whatever is in the options to label it. it also highlights this entry when i select the posts page. the second menu entry will be the page i set as "home" in the wordpress preferences. Is that better description?

What's published now is a hack that won't work if i want to post more blog entries.
