   Ever time I try to lad it it asks for my connection information Hostname, Username, Password and Connection type (FTP or FTPS/SSL) I have tried everything I can think of and it will not accept it. I contacted my mosting and they said to put my ISP in the hostname, still it won't work. I am about at my wits end.

   Manually download the theme to your PC and then upload it with FTP, using Filezilla for Windows, or Cyberduck on a Mac. Also see FTP Clients « WordPress Codex.
