Full link in image src (uploads)

How can my image links on the posts have the full link in the src tag for images instead of just the uploads folder link?

Full link (what I want):
src="www.mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/news-age.JPG"

Just uploads folder (how it works today in my blog):
src="/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/news-age.JPG"

On the Miscellaneous settings I already changed the ‘Full URL path to files’ to: http://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads.
Still when I create a new post, the image links are just /wp-content/.

Is there any way to configure this? To always use the full link?
