Theme installer must create page that lists all posts on site…

With the help of supermod MichaelH, I’ve created a sidebar script that lists a few selected posts then a “View All Posts” link that should take the user to a page which has an intro then lists all the posts on the site in an unordered list.

I’m just not sure how to programmatically create the page in script.

I’m doing it as part of a theme install so I won’t know in advance which page id will be the catch-all page.

Looking for any ideas you might have to get me over the hump…
