   Hello...

   I'm still not sure how to have my client edit different section within a page. I have put my site live here and I would like to be able to edit the 3 sections at the bottom "Healthy Choices", Success Stories" and "Group Rates" within the WordPress admin area (so my client can do this)..

   Would I use posts and categories for this?

   I found this link but wasn't sure if this is what I wanted and where these changes are made and to what files etc...

   Yes, this is built in WordPress...
