   We have migrated the blog from old domain to new. If I look at the RSS feed link, it is still using old domain name e.g. http://www.olddomain.com/?feed=rss. How do I change it to http://www.newdomain.com/?feed=rss ? Where is this URL stored at?

   Sure it's not hardcoded in one of your theme files? Post your URL so people can look at the source.

   I have checked the theme files and don't see it hard coded. The rss icon and its url seem to be coming via default-widgets.php, but don't know where its reading the url from.

   I'd disable all feed-related plugins, if any. And look in htaccess for a redirect or old rewrite block. And then use PHPMyAdmin to look in wp_options in your database; maybe the old URL is "stuck" in the database.
