   Hi
   I am challenged by this issue.

   I am not able to successfully send the form on this page:
   http://lighthousesolutionsltd.com/career-seekers
   I get a failure notice when I attempt to submit.
   Some others have been able to use it, but I cannot.

   Form on this page works just fine:
   http://lighthousesolutionsltd.com/contact-us

   Any ideas

   after some debugging and rebuilding a few of the fields, everything seems to work
   I don't see a way to delete the topic, so I'll mark this as resolved
