   Hi All,

   I recently migrated to a new theme and since then I am facing with a strange problem.

   Earlier my tags worked fine. They created a slug for the name and I could even view that page having all posts under that tag.

   Now, after this migration all the new posts that I have created does not seem to have tags working fine.
   All the tags that I have created since new theme installation, redirect to the homepage. For a second it shows the link, upon hovering over tag, it shows the link/slug. On clicking it redirects to homepage. Why is that?
   Is the slug not created.

   I have 404 the page not found to homepage. But why is the tag link not found?

   My old tags work fine and show the page for it. New ones don't work anymore.

   Can anyone help!
   Anyone seen this issue before?

   if I give <sitename.com>/tag-created-for-post, it gets redirected to <sitename.com>

   Tags have URL... I can see them in the status bar too.. and then next minute i can see it says, transferring from <sitename.com> and we are redirected to the homepage.

   tags don't work. Old tags work.

   You probably have a permalinks problem. Try resetting your permalinks and make sure that your .htaccess file is correct.

   Also, an URL would help.
