   Hey, I need help with using FTP.

   I have a site and i put the host (Cynthinks.net) Username (Admin) (My auto generated password) that has been sent to me. and When i press quick connect, It gives me this.

   503 login authentication failed
   Critical error
   Couldn't not connect to server

   This is what i use to login my website, But it's not working. I try every different way. Such as Ftp.cynthinks.net Ftp://cynthinks.net everything lol Even admim@cynthinks.net. The closes i got to connecting was the welcome message, but it said. (Connection timed out) Something like that.

   I have themes,Plug ins,Word press upgrade that i want to do and i can't :(

   I would say, call your host.

   yes definitely your host. Also, are you not able to do your upgrade, or install plugins/themes from within Wordpress admin?

   everytime i try to do it within wordpress admin, it ask for FTP to do so. :/

   I'll try to contact them now.
