   I have installed the plug in and the content is showing in my code, but not in a post. I see info on the short codes, but am not sure where to put them. Is there a tutorial or guide to setting up a post. The admin settings are a bit confusing.

   Assuming you are putting custom fields on your posts and your question is about displaying those values to visitors--see Custom Fields
