   I wish to outsource my wordpress blog. How should I set up the account for the outsourcer?

   If by outsourcing you mean letting someone else have complete control over your site, you will need to assign them administrator status. If you expect them to maintain or modify anything site related, they may of course, also need credentials to use ftp or file management services on your server.
