   I would like to simply add comment-posting functionality to an existing HTML website. In other words, I'd like to add code to each of the pages that puts WordPress comments at the bottom of each page.

   Please do not send me to some places that talk about adding a blog to an existing site since this is NOT what I want to do. Instead, I want comments on EACH page of the existing HTML site.

   If you're adding comments on every page then you will be effectively integrating a blog into your existing site. Try reading the page below:
