Is there a cost to download the software or use the software or is that only if you host the site with wordpress?
Once I download the software can I edit HTML & CSS code or am I still restricted to the templates?
I don't yet have server space, can I still download the program and begin work on my site?
note: I plan to host the site on a private server with a personal URL.
