   Hey guys,
   I was wondering if you could help me out? For some odd reason, wordpress does not let me download a .***x file properly. I am not sure if the problem is in the uploading or the downloading, or if it's a problem with wordpress itself. Any solutions ?

   Example:
   i uploaded a .docx for a curriculum. when i try to download it all i get is a bunch of garbage.

   Try converting the .docx file to a .doc file. .docx files are NOT web friendly and shouldn't be used in general unless you are certain that those receiving them are using Windows and the latest version of MS Office.
