   I just had to switch my site URL, and I thought everything went well... I made backups of everything - database, files, wp-content folder, and I "exported" an XML file of posts & pages. Uninstalled Wordpress, changed domain name with host, reinstalled, restored database, and imported wordpress (posts, pages, etc). EVERYTHING is there EXCEPT 6 posts. Literally, all pages and posts and categories and everything is there except for 6 posts. How can I recover these 6 posts? Can I open the DB somehow and find these three categories (preschool program, sign-up forms, volunteer & employment opportunities)?

   Any help is soooooo appreciated! Thank you!

   You should be able to see those 6 posts in both the XML file and the database file (assuming it is a .sql file). Should be able to use a text editor to look at either file.
