   I recently found http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/about-me-widget
   which lets one describe self in sidebar with vertical scroll bar. I have been trying to find something similar for Page/Post/Link lists, else something with "up/down" like google adsense blocks, which uses the core sidebar functions. I could hack something with iframe, but that would leave me with only manual entries. If using JS, needs to be fast.
   Any tips or leads would be appreciated.
